We're Hiring: Multiple roles (BDE, PMO & Support, Full Stack developers, Network Analysts) HDSoft is a fast-growing provider of cutting-edge banking technology solutions, including Internet Banking Suites, E-Wallets, Centralized Payment Hubs, Monitoring & Reporting Systems. We're hiring for multiple roles to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our digital banking products. Open Positions: Role 1: Business Development Executive (0-2 yrs) Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Perform cold calling to connect with prospective clients. Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and networking channels. Present and pitch HDSoft's products and services to key decision-makers. Follow up strategically and convert qualified leads into active business clients. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets in line with defined SLAs. Maintain client relationships for long-term business success. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition or cold calling preferred especially in the tech, software preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in pursuing sales leads. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales are welcome to apply. Role 2: Full Stack Developers (3+ yrs) Key Responsibilities: Lead a development team to design, develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web-based banking applications. Write clean, error free, and scalable code to ensure robust performance and maintainability. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams and consistently meet deadlines without escalations. Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end technologies. Develop and integrate server-side logic using Java, Spring Boot. Work with databases like SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL to handle data storage and retrieval. Ensure best coding practices and mentor junior team members. Lead team meetings, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Participate in the design and implementation of system architecture to enhance scalability and performance. API development, integration to support third-party services and internal systems. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the application meets client and project requirements. Manage production deployments and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer only. Strong ability to ensure projects go without escalations, managing risks and resolving issues proactively. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js and SQL for back-end development. Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and modern front-end frameworks like Angular. Hands-on experience with MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL for database management. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and Agile development methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Knowledge of version control using Git. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Role 3: Full stack developers (0-3 yrs) Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of software applications using front-end and back-end technologies. Write clean, readable, and scalable code under the guidance of senior developers to code, test, and debug applications. Work on UI/UX integration using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks. Write backend code and perform API integrations using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or Express. Handle database operations using SQL or related database systems. Support UAT testing and assist in production deployment tasks. Contribute to a collaborative and low-escalation work environment. Requirements: Knowledge of Java , Spring Boot , Node.js and SQL . Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML , CSS , Bootstrap , JavaScript , and at least one framework (React or Angular). Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow. Ability to communicate clearly. Internship or academic project experience in full stack development is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Role 4: Network Analyst (0-1 yrs) Key Responsibilities: Manage, optimize, and secure our network operations, while also supporting DevOps, UAT, Production Environments, and on-premises servers. Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and performance. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and isolating network and infrastructure issues. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, handling escalations as per defined SLAs with minimal customer impact. Maintain shift logs and incident reports while supporting 24x7 operational coverage. Perform routine server maintenance, backups, patching, and ensure server health compliance. Manage and maintain network and system documentation, including change logs and incident resolutions. Implement and monitor network security protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, ACLs, and intrusion detection systems. Troubleshoot network issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP/S, SNMP, and Syslog. Support on-call rotation, flexible shifts, and work during weekends or holidays as needed. Ensure strict adherence to change management processes and internal SOPs. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, including customers and vendors. Assist in regular UAT and production deployments ensuring minimal disruptions. Proactively identify and address potential network vulnerabilities. Required Skills Hands-on knowledge of routing protocols and networking protocols. Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, RHEL. Knowledge of networking protocols and models: OSI Model, TCP/IP. Experience with LAN/WAN, Wireless infrastructures and platform OS operations. Experience supporting and troubleshooting local servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with network hardware: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers. Basic Linux/Windows server administration and patching experience. Experience supporting UAT and production environments is a must. Understanding of the OSI model and security practices in network infrastructure. Working knowledge of DevOps environments and CI/CD impact on networks. Good communication and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Preferred Certifications: CCNA / CCNP Role 5: PMO & Support (0-3 yrs) Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in tracking project timelines, tasks, and milestones Maintain and regularly update project documentation, client trackers, and status reports Coordinate with internal teams (Development, QA, Support) and external stakeholders Schedule and support client calls, product demos, UATs, and deployments Follow up on UAT progress, client signoffs, and deployment checklists Document and circulate meeting minutes, release notes, and action items Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays as needed Act as the first point of contact for client support tickets and queries Log, track, and follow up on client issues to ensure timely resolution Collaborate with internal teams to resolve functional and technical issues Provide basic functional support for banking modules (Payments, QR, Wallet, etc.) Coordinate post-deployment support and handle production issue escalations Prepare and maintain support trackers, reports, and client communication logs Required Skills Good understanding of Agile SDLC and task management Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Jira. 0-3 yrs of experience in client supporting, project coordination, project delivery roles.
