Position:- Multi skilled Technician

A Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical & Civil) is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and minor installation work related to electrical systems and basic civil/structural work. The role ensures smooth facility operations, safety compliance, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Responsibilities:-

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, panels, and wiring.
• Diagnose electrical faults, troubleshoot issues, and replace faulty components.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load testing.
• Repair/replace lighting fixtures, cables, switches, MCBs, DBs, motors, and electrical accessories.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Assist in commissioning new electrical equipment and machinery.
• Repair cracks, flooring, tiles, doors, windows, and fixtures.
• Assist in building renovation, structural maintenance, and fabrication work.
• Check and repair plumbing fixtures, leakages, and drainage (if required).
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of work areas and building structure.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and service requests.
• Work closely with maintenance team, supervisors, and contractors.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work records/logs.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE during all operations.
• Provide support in emergency breakdowns and after-hours maintenance (if required).
• Support facility audits and compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or related trade.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical and civil maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, equipment, and safety rules.
• Basic skills in civil repair/maintenance work.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and basic civil sketches.
• Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Work Environment

• Site-based / field-based role.
• May require shift duties depending on operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
