The Multi-Skill Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various trades, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry. This role ensures that equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained to optimize safety, efficiency, and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, including HVAC systems, lighting, motors, and conveyors. Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair as needed. Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Adhere to safety regulations and procedures, ensuring all work complies with applicable codes. Support facility upgrades, equipment installations, and small construction projects. Assist in emergency repairs and be available for on-call duty as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate tasks.
