Job Title:Mulesoft Technical Support

Experience Required: 4.8-6 Years

Shift: Day Shift 5 Days week

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for application-related incidents and service requests.

Monitor application health, system alerts and performance dashboards to ensure uptime and responsiveness.

Log, triage and resolve L1-level incidents or escalate to L2/L3 teams as needed.

Perform routine checks, batch monitoring, and scheduled task verification.

Collaborate with infrastructure, database and security teams for issue identification and resolution.

Provide support for deployments, release validations and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Maintain accurate ticket logs, incident reports and knowledge base articles.

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.

Support legacy and modern applications within the bank's ecosystem.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

56 years of experience in application support within BFSI domain

Good understanding of core banking and allied banking applications.

Experience in handling production issues, system monitoring tools, and basic troubleshooting.

Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server), log analysis and basic SQL scripting.

Knowledge of infrastructure components like servers, networks, and firewalls.

Working knowledge of incident tracking tools like Service Now

Basic understanding of application deployments, version control and rollback procedures.

Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.( BE/Btech/MCA-Fulltime for Developer.)

Certifications in ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, Oracle, or relevant technologies.

Experience with low-code platforms like Out Systems is a plus.

Exposure to banking IT frameworks and regulatory support requirements.
