Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management: Track, process, and monitor orders for modern trade accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. PO Creation & Processing: Manage PO creation in SAP and ensure smooth coordination with supply chain and account teams.
3. Account Support: Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure order fulfilment, stock availability, and smooth billing.
4. Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with supply chain teams to track shipments, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain accurate trackers, generate MIS reports, and provide actionable insights using advanced Excel skills.
6. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company processes, system compliance, and accurate documentation for audit readiness.
7. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve order-related discrepancies, credit/debit notes, and payment-related queries in coordination with finance and account teams.
