MST Org Change Manager

Role Overview: At EY, you will be part of a global organization that values your unique voice and perspective. As an Organizational Change Management Specialist, you will lead and support change initiatives across the organization, working with diverse teams to drive successful transitions. Your role will involve creating and implementing change management strategies to manage the human aspects of Mercury changes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute plans applying change management principles to Mercury changes - Identify changes impacting Mercury users and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with functional and technical teams - Engage key stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support - Collaborate with Communications and Learning Specialists to integrate approaches into the change management plan - Monitor progress of change initiatives, measure effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed - Provide updates to senior management, gather feedback, and address potential resistance to change - Support employees and managers throughout the change process - Ensure activities are occurring as planned, including scope, budget, and schedule - Work with leadership to drive progress on process improvement and change management initiatives Qualifications Required: - Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, communicate effectively, and lead complex conversations - Executive presence with strong communication skills - Knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices - Background in organizational behavior and human dynamics - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint for developing executive-level presentations Additional Company Details: EY is committed to building a better working world by providing long-term value for clients, people, and society.
