Job Description


  • We are looking for a

    B2B Marketing Automation Consultant

    to help businesses

    enhance their marketing efficiency and effectiveness

    through automation. In this role, you will collaborate with

    clients

    , assess their

    business goals

    , and implement

    marketing and sales automation solutions

    using platforms like

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Pardot

    .



    • Key Responsibilities:

      Client Collaboration & Strategy Development


    • Work closely with

      clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives

      .

    • Identify opportunities to

      leverage marketing automation

      for

      efficiency, personalization, and scalability

      .

    • Provide expert advice on

      selecting and implementing B2B marketing automation platforms

      .

    • Marketing & Sales Automation Implementation


    • Gather business requirements and design

      end-to-end automation solutions

      tailored to

      B2B environments

      .

    • Serve as a

      CRM solution consultant

      , designing

      lead nurturing workflows, automated customer engagement programs, and personalized marketing campaigns

      .

    • Implement and configure marketing automation platforms, including

      Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, AJO, and Pardot

      .

    • Optimize

      lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign orchestration

      across digital channels.

    • Campaign Management & Performance Optimization


    • Design, execute, and monitor

      targeted email campaigns, drip sequences, and multi-touch engagement programs

      .

    • Track

      campaign performance metrics

      (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact) to

      optimize marketing strategies

      .

    • Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to

      clients and stakeholders

      .

    • Training, Documentation & Industry Expertise


    • Create

      documentation, training materials, and best practices

      to support ongoing platform usage and skill development.

    • Stay up to date with

      industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices

      across different sectors.

    • Business Development & Thought Leadership


    • Support

      business development efforts

      , including

      proposals, RFP responses, and pre-sales engagements

      .

    • Drive

      thought leadership

      by identifying

      new automation opportunities and innovative marketing solutions

      .


    • Required Skills & Experience:

      Proven experience in B2B marketing automation implementation
