Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MSD 365 CE Functional Consultant located in Kochi. The MSD 365 CE Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring MSD 365 CE applications, providing user training and support, and ensuring successful implementation of CRM solutions. Daily tasks will include collaborating with clients, conducting requirement analysis, configuring CRM systems, conducting training sessions, and assisting in CRM audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE configuration and implementation
• Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and practices
• Proficiency in requirement analysis, solution design, and documentation
• Excellent communication, training, and support skills
• Project management skills and familiarity with structured PMI project methodology
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in conducting CRM audits and providing consultancy services
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is a plus
