We are looking for a Senior / Staff Research Assistant/ Associate for Revita Life Sciences, at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand to join our Stem Cell Platform within the hospital setup to implement, optimize and scale stem cell culture and differentiation/reprogramming protocols to study the degenerative diseases in in-vitro cultures. You will collaborate closely with Scientists in Technology to establish cell-based assays.

Applicants must have a masters degree in any field of life sciences/ PhD in life sciences with experience in stem cells or cell culture.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and proficient skills in stem cell or mammalian cell culture as well as expertise developing, troubleshooting, and implementing stem cell differentiation protocols with outstanding attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities related to human stem cell culture, including media preparation, culture initiation, maintenance, and cryopreservation of cells.
• Perform differentiation of hPSCs into different cell types
• Carry out characterization and quality control experiments in hPSCs and hPSC-derived cells regarding cell identity and functionality to ensure high quality, consistency and reproducibility.
• Establish and scale hPSC differentiation protocols and cell-based assays.
• Optimize protocols and troubleshoot technical issues for improvement of hPSC differentiation, creating clear and detailed SOPs to support lab operations.
• Assist with lab management, tracking cell culture reagent and inventory, placing orders, and continuously working to improve lab operations.
• Train new RAs joining the team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
