Job Description — Bio-Fertilizer Executive
EXP- 2y - 5years
Responsible for the production, testing, and maintenance of bio-fertilizer cultures to ensure product quality and effectiveness. The role involves laboratory testing, culture handling, sterilization, quality control, documentation, and batch record maintenance. The candidate will also coordinate with the production team, support field application activities, assist farmers and distributors, and provide basic technical guidance during demonstrations or field visits.
Qualification: M.Sc. in Bio-Fertilizer / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Agriculture / Agricultural Microbiology with knowledge of microbial cultures and organic farming practices.
Skills: Basic laboratory techniques, quality control procedures, documentation and reporting, teamwork, field coordination, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
