HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex Core nodes, diagnosing and resolving issues for end customers.

Act as the primary technical interface for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication on escalations and technical requests.

Monitor and report network performance, proactively ensuring SLA compliance and network availability.

Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve operational faults and manage network stability efficiently.

Support the development and training of local technical teams to enhance operational competence.

Manage network software and hardware configurations to maintain optimal performance.

Handle critical and emergency network incidents, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize impact.

Conduct regular assessments to inform network evolution and upgrade proposals aligned with business requirements.
Qualifications Must-Have:

7-9 years of experience with Nokia core platforms such as IMS, SDM, and related technologies

Proficient in VoLTE and IMS architecture, including its functional units

Hands-on experience with O&M and configuration of Core networks

Strong troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark and internal logs

Experience in managing technical escalations and emergency network incidents
Nice-To-Have:

Knowledge of 3G and 4G interfaces and protocols such as Diameter and GTP

Familiarity with scripting in Linux, including Perl and shell scripting

Understanding of telecom operations and maintenance challenges

Experience in providing 24/7 escalation support at a product level

Previous involvement in single point of contact (SPOC) tasks
