MS Project Plus Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project schedules using

  MS Project / MS Project Online (Project for the Web)

  .
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resources across multiple teams.
  
• Support

  Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

  , tailoring project tracking as per stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather requirements and update project plans.
  
• Generate project reports, dashboards, and Gantt charts to provide visibility on project status and milestones.
  
• Utilize tools such as

  Microsoft Teams

  ,

  SharePoint

  , and

  Power BI

  for project collaboration and reporting.
• Identify risks, track issues, and assist in maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
  
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
  
• Support PMO governance processes and continuously look for ways to improve project delivery efficiency.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 68 years

  of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project analyst roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project / MS Project Online

  (Project for the Web or Project Server).
• Strong understanding of both

  Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

  and

  Waterfall

  methodologies.
• Certification in

  Project Management

  (e.g.,

  PMP

  ,

  PRINCE2

  , or equivalent).
• Familiarity with

  project collaboration tools

  such as

  Microsoft Teams

  ,

  SharePoint

  , and

  Power BI

  .
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills,

  with the ability to work with complex data and project scenarios.
• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

  , with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a remote or hybrid environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, IT, or infrastructure projects.
  
• Exposure to

  JIRA

  Azure DevOps

  , or other Agile project tracking tools.
• Experience in creating executive-level dashboards and presentations.
