MS Dynamics F&O Techno Functional Consultant

As an MS Dynamics F&O Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions throughout the project life cycle. Your responsibilities will include Solution Design, configuration, development, integrations, and support for customizations. You will also assist in creating interface design documents, functional design documents, and troubleshooting of customizations. Analyzing business processes related to Finance, Operations, Projects, and Trade Logistics to identify improvement opportunities will be a key responsibility. You will need to identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the need for custom code development. Understanding the functional capabilities and limitations of both out-of-the-box functionality and custom code will be crucial. You will play a pivotal role in identifying customer requirements and aligning them with the technological capabilities of Microsoft's solutions and release plans. Key Competencies: - Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics FO D365 Finance, Projects, and Trade Logistics - Technical expertise in configuration and development of D365 - Experience in developing customized solutions for complex business problems - Demonstrable consultancy experience - Strong understanding of business processes - Excellent documentation and communication skills - Logical problem-solving approach and structured change management - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail Skills Required: - 2 to 3 years of experience within D365 - Experience in 2 to 3 full lifecycle projects - Specialization in one or more areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, or Integration - Fluent in English - Strong communication and consulting skills This is a Full-time position with the possibility of Contractual, Temporary, or Freelance engagement.
