QA Tester - AI/ML

Job Description

We are looking for a Automation Test Engineer with 3 to 4 years of expertise in AI & ML testing and software quality assurance. Job Description Deep knowledge and understanding of AI / ML / NLP / Deep Learning concepts. Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web-based AI applications. Utilize AI-based testing tools or frameworks (if any) to enhance testing processes and predict failures or coverage gaps. Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to define test strategies and ensure complete coverage. Proficiency in testing methodologies specific to conversational interfaces, including scenario-based testing, intent testing, and regression testing. Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Strong analytical skills to evaluate conversational flows, understand user journeys, and identify potential issues or improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality standards at every stage of development Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Ensuring reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of systems Maintaining and troubleshooting code in large-scale, complex environments. Providing technical input for new feature requirements, partnering with business owners and architects Participating in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations to ensure that user data is handled securely within the AI system. Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Python for embedded systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans. Develop and execute manual tests to validate software functionality before automating it. Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts and provide solutions. Skills and Competencies 3 to 4 years of experience in Testing of AI & ML applications. Extensive experience in quality assurance or software testing in a fast-paced Agile software environment Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Playwright/Cypress. Expertise in Python Framework for high-performance applications Understanding of testing methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile processes. Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PyTest or similar tools. Basic knowledge of using or integrating AI tools in QA processes is a strong plus. Experience with QA/Testing, Testing Tools, Experience with API testing Familiarity with cross-browser testing, mobile testing, and performance testing Expertise in scalability testing and user acceptance testing Good communication skills to document test plans, bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Good communication skills in spoken and written English This is a Work from Office opportunity in Mumbai.
