MS Dynamics ERP Practice Manager

Role Summary:

The Microsoft Dynamics ERP Practice Manager will lead customer engagements, solution design, and delivery strategy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, and related modules). The role requires a strong mix of customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, and delivery ownership ensuring each engagement translates business requirements into scalable, high-value ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement & Business Understanding -

• Act as the primary engagement leader for ERP initiatives, understanding client business models, processes, and transformation goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to align solution capabilities with customer objectives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with business and IT stakeholders.

2. Proposal & Solutioning Experience -

• Drive pre-sales discussions, RFP responses, and proposal creation for Microsoft Dynamics ERP opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define delivery scope, effort estimation, and implementation roadmaps.
• Present solution proposals and value propositions to executive stakeholders.

3. Solution Design & Architecture -

• Define the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
• Ensure optimal design across finance, supply chain, and operations modules, including integrations with Power Platform and Azure.
• Review and validate technical and functional design documents to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.

4. Approach & Ownership -

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring accountability for scope, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce ERP practice standards, templates, and methodologies.
• Own delivery governance, resource planning, and team capability development within the ERP practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (F&O / AX / Business Central), including 3+ years in a leadership or practice management role.
• Proven record of successful ERP solutioning, architecture design, and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and Projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and proposal-writing skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert or equivalent certification preferred.
