Responsibilities Manage and grow the Oracle practice area, including ERP (E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud), HCM, SCM, and other Oracle applications. Define and implement strategic direction, goals, and objectives for the Oracle team. Stay abreast of Oracle trends and technologies to ensure practice relevancy and innovation. Project Delivery & Oversight to Oversee the successful delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget performance. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with best practices and methodologies. Allocate resources effectively to balance workload and meet client demands. Client Relationship Management to Serve as a point of contact for strategic client engagements. Address and resolve client issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner. Business Development by Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities and support Oracle-related business growth. Experience with Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS). Understanding of integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite). Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
