Our technology services client is seeking multiple MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role: Role: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant Mandatory Skills: Dynamics 365 CRM Experience: 8+ Years Location: PAN India Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days Key Responsibilities: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM, especially the Marketing module (e.g., segments, customer journeys, email templates) Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript-based and Power Platform Details, UI and Power Platform enhancements Integrate CRM with external systems, if needed (e.g., APIs, Azure services, Power Platform) Create and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles Support solution deployment, data migration, and ongoing system maintenance Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Strong knowledge of customization techniques in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Fetch XML, and CRM SDK Understanding of Dynamics 365 Marketing features: customer journeys, lead scoring, marketing forms/emails Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment via Solutions.
