Job Description

Job Summary

Oversee the MRP Operation Process including Planning, Supply schedule and material coverage process.
Co-ordinate Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and workflows.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align system capabilities with operational needs.
Co-ordinate system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) during ERP/MRP upgrades or implementations.
Monitor MRP runs and resolve exceptions related to material shortages, lead times, and demand fluctuations due to systems bugs.
Perform root cause analysis on planning discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and training materials.
Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of MRP tools.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in MRP operations and ERP system management.
Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, lead times, and production planning principles.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S4 HANA Cloud.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with discrete or process manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma,.
Ability to manage change and lead cross-functional projects.
