Key Responsibilities:

The MRM Executive will be responsible for analyzing medical

information of American patients on various Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms. Using predefined rules, they will perform various roles including creating and updating patient charts and orders on a weekly basis.

Additionally, the role includes data entry tasks across multiple software platforms, extracting patient medical information from Zoho CRM, and ensuring accurate uploads to various EHRs.

The candidate may also assist with billing, accounting, report generation, and maintaining trackers.

Relevant training will be provided for all responsibilities.

• Analyze patient medical information on EHR platforms.

• Enter and update patient data accurately based on predefined rules.

• Assist with periodic tasks such as billing, and report generation.

• Maintain and manage data trackers with precision.

• Ensure tasks are completed within strict weekly deadlines.

Skills and qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Good verbal communication skills may have to communicate with US

team members

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.

• Interest or experience in data entry roles.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a structured work environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus

Education & Experience:

•

• Preferred: 2- 4 years of experience in data entry or related roles.

• Bonus: Degree in pharmacy or exposure to clinical data
