Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an MRD Technician. The MRD Technician will be responsible for managing medical records, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information. Daily tasks include organizing, storing, and retrieving electronic and physical medical records efficiently and accurately. Coordination with various departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements is also a critical part of this role.

• Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and HIPAA Compliance
• Attention to Detail with Proficiency in Data Entry
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision in a Team-Oriented Environment
• Certification or relevant experience in Medical Record Science or Health Information Management
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a benefit
