Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MRD-Executive located in Ahmedabad. The MRD-Executive will be responsible for managing medical records, ensuring accurate and timely filing of documents, maintaining patient records, assisting with audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth record management and assisting with data retrieval and report generation as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical record documentation and healthcare compliance standards
• Proficiency in medical records management and filing systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial
