Movie Marketing Specialist

We at PVRINOX Pictures are looking for a passionate and creative Movie Marketing Specialist to drive innovative promotional campaigns for independent Hollywood/Foreign films. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong ideation skills, a deep love for global cinema, and a knack for developing clutter-breaking marketing experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Creative Ideation & Execution – Develop and execute unique marketing strategies for indie Hollywood films.
• Campaign Development – Curate differentiated movie-marketing experiences across PR, social media, and digital activations.
• Content & Presentation Skills – Prepare high-impact marketing decks (Canva, PPT), concept notes, and PR announcements.
• Industry Knowledge – Stay updated on Hollywood trends, filmmakers, actors, and movie trivia to craft relevant campaigns.
• Strategic Partnerships – Build collaborations with entertainment media and promotional partners.
• Budgeting & Analytics – Plan promotions with a keen understanding of costs and ROI.
• Execution Excellence – Ensure meticulous execution of campaigns with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Qualifications :

• Passion for a Hollywood movie or a fan with great passion specifically for English content & independent Hollywood cinema.
• Strong conceptual & content driven ideation skills and to come up with clutter-breaking marketing ideas & innovative promotional campaigns for indie Hollywood movies across all genres.
• A think aloud creative mind with capability to ideate & execute differentiated movie marketing experiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of budgeting, event & promotion cost, good analytical ability.
• Understanding of digital marketing, PR, and media activations.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in a Marketing Role.
