Diploma in Tool & Die Making (Preferred from NTTF) with 3 + year experience in Mold tool making / Maintenance with following JD

1. Completely each tool assembly on time and attend the mold test.
2. Collect and feedback the assembly issue for all tooling departments.
3. Give proposals at the design stage and debugging stage.
4. Handle machine to do the tool adjustment.
5. Use MES to record the working hours and ensure the data is correct.
6. Comply with the EHS policy and ensure the safety production.
7. Strictly comply with working instruction to ensure the work quality and efficiency.
8. Strictly complete the daily assembly work base on planning with good quality.
9. Participate in the 3D review meeting to provide the good proposals for tooling assembly and product design improvement.
10. Base on the mold test result of product, check the tool and find out the issue root causes and participate in E1 meeting to provide the corrective actions.
11. Keep good ownership to complete any urgent case.
12. Have creative mindset to assist mold design engineer and tooling process engineer to obtain good tool concept and tooling fabrication process.
13. Handle some fabrication capability so that can adjust mold component by selves. Also have the capability for polishing (B2 - ) and welding (rough not critical).
