Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Injection Mold Designer, located in Ambattur. The Injection Mold Designer will be responsible for designing and developing molds, including tooling design and mold design. Daily tasks include collaborating with design engineers, creating detailed design plans, overseeing the injection molding process, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of mold production. Qualifications Experience in Tooling Design and Mold Design Knowledge of Design Engineering and Injection Molding Strong understanding of mold development and manufacturing processes Proficiency with relevant design software and tools Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work on-site in Ambattur and collaborate with a team Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus

Job Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mold Maker to join our Injection Molding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, assembling, maintaining, and repairing precision molds used in plastic injection molding. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble injection molds as per design and specifications. Operate tool room machines such as milling, grinding, EDM, and CNC machines. Perform mold maintenance, polishing, and repair to ensure smooth production. Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models. Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot mold issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety practices, and production timelines. Qualifications & Skills ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mold making (injection molding industry preferred). Strong knowledge of tool room machinery, mold design, and assembly. Hands-on experience with CNC/EDM/Wirecut machines. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
