Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled Mould Maker at our Hyderabad facility. The Mould Maker will be responsible for the complete manufacture of moulds. Day-to-day duties will involve interpreting technical drawings, operating milling machines, lathes, grinding machines, and other toolroom equipment. The role includes troubleshooting and repairing molds, collaborating with the design and production teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Injection mould making Hands-on experience with toolroom equipment, including milling machines, lathes, grinding machines, CNC EDM, Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and engineering specifications Knowledge of plastics, engineering polymers, and injection molding processes Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mold assembly and repair Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to meet strict quality and timeline requirements Experience in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment is advantageous Relevant technical diploma or certification in tool and die making or a related field Must have 10+ years of experience Current position must be Toolroom Manager / Toolroom Incharge / Senior Mould maker CIPET or NTTF Currently Working in Hyderabad Immediately available to join.
