Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Associate - Sales & Consumer Engagement, based in Gurugram. The Growth Associate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role involves daily interaction with customers, training on product features and benefits, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales abilities and experience in achieving sales targets
• Experience in providing enhanced Customer Experience
• Proven ability to engage and build relationships with customers
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the luxury car industry is an advantage

Remuneration : 30000/- to 45000 + Incentive (Depending upon candidature fit)
