You will be part of a team that ensures a seamless experience, offering test drives and a variety of ownership solutions through trusted OEM dealer partners. Additionally, our partners provide doorstep services for a hassle-free car buying or selling experience from the convenience of your home. As a Growth Associate - Sales & Consumer Engagement, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, interact with customers, deliver exceptional customer service, and elevate the overall customer experience. This role entails daily customer engagement, training on product features, collaborating with the sales team, and striving to surpass sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong sales track record, and a knack for enhancing customer experiences. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, working both independently and as part of a team, and having a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial. Previous experience in the luxury car industry is advantageous. In terms of remuneration, the salary for this position ranges from 30000/- to 45000/- plus incentives, which will be determined based on your fit for the role.,
