Job Description

As a Growth Associate at Motozite, you will play a critical role in nurturing relationships with high net-worth clients and closing high-ticket deals. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer personalized recommendations, driving the sales process, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, staying updated with market trends, collaborating with the marketing team, ensuring seamless customer experience, and continuously improving service quality. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients. - Understand clients" needs, preferences, and lifestyles to offer personalized vehicle recommendations. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. - Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing high-ticket deals. - Conduct product presentations and test drives. - Negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales while maintaining profitability. - Stay updated with the latest trends in the luxury automobile market. - Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team. - Ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience. - Handle client queries and concerns with professionalism. - Gather feedback to improve service quality. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven sales experience, especially in high-ticket items or luxury goods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - In-depth knowledge of the luxury automobile market is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of professionalism and integrity.
