As a Retention Manager at CoverYou, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team focused on driving policy renewals and enhancing customer retention within the motor insurance sector. Your expertise in customer retention, team management, and revenue generation will be crucial for the success of our retention strategies. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty, monitoring team performance to ensure retention targets are met, and building strong relationships with clients to maximize renewals. Collaboration with other departments to streamline retention processes and analyzing customer feedback and market trends will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 3-4 years of experience in the insurance industry with a specific focus on motor insurance retention. Proven experience in team handling, customer engagement, and a strong knowledge of insurance products, renewal strategies, and customer service best practices are essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to analyze data and create actionable plans for improving retention rates, will be key to your success. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus opportunity. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, along with 3 years of experience in insurance, 2 years in team management, and 2 years in sales.
