Role Description

As a Motion & Media Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that communicates our brand, products, and initiatives in the clean energy space. You will also get the opportunity to experiment with AI-powered tools for video editing and content creation, making our brand communication more impactful and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content, including reels, interviews, podcasts, product features, and campaign visuals.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, on-brand stories with the right pacing, music, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Handle end-to-end video production from ideation and pre-production to filming, editing and post.
• Develop visual concepts for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), TVCs, short films, web
• series, and other platforms
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to Align edits with brand voice and performance goals
• Stay updated with platforms, trends, editing styles, and consumer content behavior.
