Position Overview

As a Motion Graphics Workshop Leader at TUMO Mumbai, you will guide teens (ages 12–18) through the foundations of motion design, animation, and visual communication. You will lead hands-on workshops where students explore movement, timing, typography, and visual storytelling. Your mentorship will help them grow creatively while building strong technical skills in motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead motion graphics workshops for students.
• Create and refine educational content for student self-learning.
• Review, evaluate, and store student work for portfolios.
• Monitor daily/weekly self-learning progress and provide feedback.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Motion Graphics or related field (Master’s preferred), OR 2+ years of professional experience.
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Animate.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type:

Freelance / Contract (Workshop-based engagement)

• Duration: Short-term or recurring sessions (Workshop Timing:- 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM)
• Weekends - flexible
• Location: TUMO Center, Mumbai
• Compensation: Competitive per session, based on expertise and experience
