Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Salary Range: 20000 to 35000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphic & Video Designer who can bring stories to life through stunning visuals and impactful motion effects. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling across social media platforms. A solid understanding of color, mood boards, and visual aesthetics is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics for social media content, marketing campaigns, and brand videos
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with strong storytelling flow
• Design social media Reels, YouTube Shorts, and product explainer videos with trending transitions, text animation, and sound sync
• Build engaging animations, kinetic typography, transitions, and logo reveals
• Develop mood boards, color schemes, and storyboards for each project
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concept-driven visuals
• Support basic photography and short-form video shoots when required

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, CapCut, and Photoshop
• Strong experience in video editing, motion design, and animation
• Excellent understanding of current social media video trends and formats
• Ability to create compelling short-form videos, visual hooks, and animated graphics
• Good understanding of color grading, sound syncing, and post-production workflows
• Knowledge of mood board creation, visual rhythm, and camera frame sense
• Basic photography and composition knowledge is a plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video design
• Strong portfolio of video edits, animated visuals, Reels, and motion-based social content
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong creative mindset and adaptability to different styles and brands
