Motion Graphic Designer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create product feature and promotional videos to drive awareness across sales presentations, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Edit training, demo, and webinar recordings to ensure clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
• Design motion-based video intros, outros, and transitions for professional-grade video content.
• Develop and manage a centralized library of video and design assets.
• Design dynamic website visuals, including product illustrations, GIFs, and micro-animations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop supporting visual materials such as sales decks, whitepapers, case studies, and reports.
• Streamline recurring client marketing videos by creating reusable templates to reduce production time.
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Strong skills in storytelling, storyboarding, and managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in both brand design and motion graphics with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• A sharp eye for aesthetics, composition, and color balance
