Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team and assist in developing visually appealing animations. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with various departments such as marketing, design, and content creation to create high-quality motion graphics and video content. Your creativity will play a crucial role in enhancing brand recognition and engaging audiences across different platforms. Proficiency in industry-standard software and a keen attention to detail are essential. Your expertise will be utilized to generate top-notch output that is in line with our brand identity and storytelling goals. Your responsibilities will include developing captivating motion graphics for digital platforms and marketing campaigns, working closely with the design team to conceptualize and execute animated content, ensuring that graphics align with brand messaging, participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute new design perspectives, creating storyboard concepts and visualizations, designing and animating graphic elements to enhance viewer engagement, staying updated on industry trends in motion design and animation, optimizing animations for various platforms, maintaining content cohesion and adherence to brand standards, collaborating with videographers and editors, providing constructive feedback to enhance creative output, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in a professional capacity, a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics and animation, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator), knowledge of video editing software and animation tools, strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration abilities with teams and stakeholders. This is a full-time mid-level position based in Maharashtra, India.
