Job Overview:

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Serviots, you will design visually compelling graphics and produce high-quality videos that tell powerful stories. From social media campaigns to promotional videos, you will help shape Serviots’ brand presence and deliver designs that resonate with our audience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads 
• Develop layouts, infographics, banners, and promotional visuals aligned with Serviots’ brand identity 
• Edit and produce engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook 
• Create motion graphic, animations, and visual effects to enhance content 
• Manage video projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery 
• Produce short-form content, explainer videos, and ads tailored for digital platforms 
• Integrate sound, music, and voiceovers for a seamless audio-visual experience 
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns 
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions 
• Refine designs/videos based on stakeholder feedback 
• Maintain attention to detail in all creative assets 
• Stay updated with design, video, and motion trends to keep content fresh and engaging 
• Ensure all content adheres to branding standards and industry best practices 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphic, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion/video editing 
• Prior experience working in the IT industry is required 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) 
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work 
• Knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and optimisation for web and social 
• Creative eye for storytelling, branding, and design aesthetics 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience with 3D motion graphic/animation 
• Familiarity with tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D 
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and social media content creation is an added advantage
