As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and dynamic motion graphics for various digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to design and produce high-quality animations and videos that align with our brand and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce motion graphics and animations for a variety of media including web, mobile, and video.

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.

- Create concepts, storyboards, and design animations.

- Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.

- Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

- Work with illustrators, designers, and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and animation.

- Proficiency in design software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Experience with 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
