About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating engaging visuals that bring ideas to life across digital, social media, and video platforms. This role requires a strong sense of design, storytelling, and technical expertise in motion graphics and animation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with creative, copy, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.
• Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, text, transitions, and effects.
• Develop visual styles and design language aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
• Ensure all deliverables are of high quality, optimized, and delivered on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3-6 years proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, Animator, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema 4D/Blender is a plus).
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong eye for detail, design aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
