Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphic Designer at India's leading political consulting organization, you will be responsible for creating highly engaging complex animations for various media platforms. Your role will involve working with animation, audio, and visual effects to bring design elements to life in projects for television, the internet, smartphones, tablets, and the web. You will collaborate with creative teams, illustrators, designers, and instructional designers to understand project scopes and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Create highly engaging complex animations for various media platforms. - Assist in the creation of animation storyboards and prepare conceptual layouts. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new design perspectives and ideas. - Provide accurate time estimates for each stage of the animation process. - Select appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for projects. - Encode, convert, and edit videos, adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. - Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration, and icon design. - Train and develop others in the use of animation software. - Stay updated on advancements in animation, new technologies, contemporary design trends, and popular music to deliver cutting-edge work. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in motion graphics software and tools. - Strong creative and artistic skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. - Knowledge of contemporary design trends and animation techniques.
