Motion Graphic Designer

Role Summary -

You’ll work across brand, digital, and print design for international clients, creating high-quality graphics that align with FBSPL’s modern consulting-plus-AI narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful social media creatives, campaign visuals, presentations, magazines, and brand collaterals.
• Create and manage brand identity systems, ensuring design consistency across platforms.
• Work on PowerPoint decks, infographics, and event branding with a storytelling approach.
• Understand color theory, typography, and marketing psychology to enhance brand communication.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Interact with clients when needed to gather briefs or present design concepts.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer handling B2B or international projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW).
• Strong sense of branding, composition, and creative communication.
• Excellent English communication and confidence in client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines with a focus on business outcomes.
