About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and hands-on experience in creating engaging motion graphics, video assets, and visual content for digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to bring ideas to life through animation and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and animate compelling motion graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing video assets, intros, explainer videos, and animated infographics.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance video footage, integrating graphics, sound, and animation seamlessly.
• Maintain consistency in style and tone across all visual content.
• Stay updated with current design trends, animation techniques, and emerging digital tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics design and animation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D (optional).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
