Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative output. • Support ongoing campaigns and projects with attention to timelines, quality, and client expectations. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table. • Manage multiple assignments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and briefs. • Uphold the agency’s creative standards across all deliverables and platforms. • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices relevant to your role. Skills & Qualifications Motion/Graphic Designer • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Strong understanding of color theory, layout, typography, and branding. • Minimum 2 years of professional experience. • Ability to translate briefs into compelling static and print creatives. • Knowledge of digital platforms' creative guidelines (social, web banners, etc.). • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics or Canva is a plus.
