ROLE DESCRIPTION-

We are seeking an experienced and creative Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling videos and motion graphics to enhance brand messaging and engagement. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as video production, video editing, video colour grading, motion graphics, and graphics design.

REQUIREMENTS

• Video production, video editing, and video colour grading skills.
• Motion graphics and graphics design skills.
• Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video and motion graphic projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Create visually stunning motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Develop animated elements, titles, and visual effects to elevate the overall production quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative graphic techniques.
• Develop basic VFX solutions in videos based on references to make communication clutter-breaking.

Software Proficiency:

• Expertise in industry-standard video editing and motion graphic software (eg., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Proficient in motion graphic tools such as Adobe After Effects and any related softwares.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in video editing, motion graphics, and design trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. (preferred not men-date).
