Experience-6 months to 1 year Location-Nagpur A Mortgage Appraisal Order Specialist manages the entire process of requesting and tracking appraisals for mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and investor guidelines. They manage the appraisal order process, maintain appraiser information, and review appraisal reports for accuracy and completeness. Job Duties Review of loans and determine the correct Appraisal to be ordered Submit appraisal requests to the appropriate appraisal management company (AMC) Manage the flow of orders and ensuring appraisal orders are processed timely. Ensures all documents needed for each appraisal are received properly Input data from completed reports, manage data from third-party vendors, and maintain accurate records of appraisal files. Skills/Competencies: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Work efficiently and meet required deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail Dependable, Organized, and of Great Integrity Strong working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills Education/Experience: Graduate Degree (India) and High School Diploma or GED equivalent required (US) 0-6 months of experience
