Mortgage Consultant

As a Call Center Representative, your role will involve performing written and verbal verification of employment. You must exhibit a strong sense of urgency and collaborate effectively in a team setting. Your exceptional organizational, communication, and PC skills will be crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Verify employment details provided by borrowers by calling their Employers - Update Hazard Insurance policies by contacting Insurance Agencies - Fax authorization forms, receive inbound calls, and meet same-day turn times - Conduct data entry, make outbound calls, and accurately verify employment history - Analyze data for anomalies, respond to incoming calls and e-requests promptly - Meet productivity and quality goals, follow all workflows, and document orders accurately - Provide timely and accurate information to customers, assist team members as required - Participate in skills training, adhere to all laws, policies, and procedures - Ensure safety, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations - Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle complex issues - Proficiency in customer service, computer skills, and time management - Experience in the US mortgage domain is preferred - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Quick learner to adapt to the fast-paced mortgage industry - Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work in a paperless environment - Strong analytical skills, adherence to standards, and ability to work outside normal hours - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and in-person at Pune location Please note: This job is full-time and offers health insurance, Provident Fund benefits.
