As an Associate Program Manager at our company, your role will involve supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of key programs and projects in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing cross-functional initiatives, coordinating teams, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing programs and projects. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely delivery. - Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports. - Support the development of project plans, milestones, and KPIs. - Communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment. - Track and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior management. - Prepare regular updates, dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders. **Process Improvement** - Support the implementation of best practices and process improvements. - Assist in identifying bottlenecks and recommend solutions for efficiency. - Participate in project reviews and lessons-learned sessions. **Operational Support** - Support budgeting, resource allocation, and program documentation. - Assist in tracking program deliverables and performance metrics. - Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications Required** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields. - 1-3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or operations support. - Experience working in Singapore or APAC markets is an advantage.
