Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in M&E, programme implementation.
• Proven analytical and stakeholder management experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and operationalise M&E frameworks.
• Conduct evaluations, impact assessments, and field studies.
• Lead analytics for evidence-based planning.
• Prepare sectoral indices, dashboards, and reports.
• Document best practices and lessons learned.
