Job Description

Proficiency with at least two of: Prometheus & Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Datadog, New Relic, or equivalent SaaS/OSS tools.
Strong programming/scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash). Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts, cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices patterns. Experience defining and tracking SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience in ASW

Preferred Experience

Experience with OpenTelemetry or proprietary tracing implementations. Knowledge of service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) and their telemetry integration. Experience working in an FDA regulated environment preferred Requirements
