Monetization Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute monetization strategies for Impacteers digital products and services.
• Analyze market trends, competitor models, and user behavior to identify revenue opportunities.

• Product Monetization

• Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate monetization features (e.g., premium subscriptions, pay-per-use tools, sponsored content).
• Design pricing models and packages for B2C and B2B offerings.

• Partnerships & Business Development

• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and NGOs.
• Create monetization frameworks for workshops, consultancy services, and community engagement programs.

• Data & Performance Analysis

• Monitor KPIs related to revenue, user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Use analytics tools to generate insights and optimize monetization funnels.

• Marketing & Communication

• Work with the marketing team to craft compelling value propositions and campaigns for monetized offerings.
• Educate internal stakeholders on monetization goals and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in monetization, revenue strategy, or product marketing—preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
• Experience with subscription models, freemium strategies, and digital product pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
