Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Monetization Expert to lead and optimize revenue-generating initiatives across our platform. This role will be pivotal in identifying new monetization opportunities, enhancing existing revenue streams, and aligning our business model with user engagement and market trends. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute monetization strategies for Impacteers digital products and services. Analyze market trends, competitor models, and user behavior to identify revenue opportunities. Product Monetization Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate monetization features (e.g., premium subscriptions, pay-per-use tools, sponsored content). Design pricing models and packages for B2C and B2B offerings. Partnerships & Business Development Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and NGOs. Create monetization frameworks for workshops, consultancy services, and community engagement programs. Data & Performance Analysis Monitor KPIs related to revenue, user acquisition, retention, and conversion. Use analytics tools to generate insights and optimize monetization funnels. Marketing & Communication Work with the marketing team to craft compelling value propositions and campaigns for monetized offerings. Educate internal stakeholders on monetization goals and performance. Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 4+ years of experience in monetization, revenue strategy, or product marketing—preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau. Experience with subscription models, freemium strategies, and digital product pricing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and career development ecosystems. Understanding of sustainable business practices and social entrepreneurship. Experience working in start-up or accelerator-backed environments.
