The Mold Design Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and development of molds. This includes supervising the design process, ensuring mold designs meet required specifications, coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting design issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. The role also involves mentoring and training junior designers, as well as staying updated with industry best practices and advancements. Qualifications Experience in mold design, tooling, and CAD software skills Knowledge of materials, molding processes, and manufacturing techniques Project management and team leadership skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
